What should I wear to the wedding?

Our ceremony and reception will take place outdoors in a natural setting, so we recommend attire that balances formality with comfort and practicality. Here are a few helpful suggestions: • For women: Cocktail-length or longer dresses in light fabrics, florals, or soft tones are perfect. We recommend avoiding stilettos, as the ground may be uneven or unpaved—opt for wedges, block heels, or dressy flats instead. • For men: A suit or dress pants with a blazer and button-down shirt is appropriate. Ties are optional but welcome. Lighter fabrics and colors are ideal for the outdoor environment. • Overall: Think of it as dressing for a refined celebration in a rustic setting—elegant, comfortable, and weather-appropriate.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, so we recommend arriving by 4:00 PM to allow time for parking, seating, and getting settled.

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Farm at Fairplex in Pomona, California. Once the ceremony ends, you’ll be just steps away from cocktail hour and the reception.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

No, transportation will not be provided. Please plan to arrange your own transportation to and from the venue. There is on-site parking available.

Where should I stay? Are there hotel blocks?

We have secured a block of rooms at the Sheraton Fairplex Suites & Conference Center for our guests. How do I get to the venue? Is there parking?

Answer

The venue is located at: 2201 N White Ave, Pomona, CA 91768 When you arrive, stay to the left of the Derby Room and follow the road down until you reach the dirt parking lot. Parking is available on-site and free of charge.
