What is cocktail attire and what should I wear?

Answer

This is a semi-formal event! Men are encourage to wear a suit & tie or blazer with dress slacks. Women are encouraged to wear a knee-length, tea-length, or midi dress.

What's the best way to get around town?

Answer

Outside of the Light Rail which only runs north to south, there isn't much public transit. Ride share services like Uber and Lyft are your best bet.

Can we bring our children to the wedding?

Answer

We love kiddos, but encourage you to leave them at home. If you are having trouble finding childcare, please contact us and we are happy to be flexible. Our nieces and nephews will be in attendance at the wedding.

What airport should we fly into?

Answer

There is only one main airport, Charlotte Douglas International Airport. It is approximately a 20 minute drive from the airport to the ceremony location. There are no shuttles, but ride share services (Lyft, Uber) are plentiful.

Is there a shuttle to the ceremony or after party?

Answer

There is not a shuttle to the ceremony or afterparty. We encourage out of town visitors to stay close by the venue and the after party is walking distance to the venue. If you do not feel comfortable walking, please utilize a ride share service (Uber, Lyft).
