When should I RSVP by?

You're way ahead of the game! The RSVP deadline will be included in your invitation. :)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Ladies, please dress in bright, fun colors! Men, wear a nice suit! Think upscale, garden party! No jeans & No white please!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to venue and guest count restrictions we do ask you to leave your kids at home. Did someone say date night?!

Can I bring a date?

If "and guest" has been noted on your invitation, please bring your date! Otherwise, please do not bring extras as we must adhere to venue and guest count restrictions.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may start arriving for the ceremony at 4:00pm and the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Please do not arrive later than 4:20pm or you will sadly miss out on the ceremony.

Where is the wedding ceremony and reception being held?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception are being held in the Outdoor Garden at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens in Pittsburgh, PA.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking in the middle island across from Phipps Conservatory and street parking available as well. This parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis and is not reserved for wedding guests.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be having an after party at The Oaklander Hotel following the reception. There will be a cash bar and provided snacks.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
