The wedding is being held at the Hyatt Ziva hotel. The location is called The Cliff Gazebo.
The hotel where the wedding is being held has a mandatory day pass of $160 per person not staying at the hotel for the wedding. Because it is a private all inclusive resort they do not allow non guests to enter without one. YOU WILL NEED ID AND CREDIT CARD TO ENTER. You are welcome to book a night or two with the wedding hotel. Then go and stay somewhere else after and enjoy your stay. We want you to have a great time and are excited you will be joining us in this special celebration! Hyatt Ziva will let you in early for the day that you booked.
Yes please. We’ve hired an amazing professional photographer. Therefore, we encourage every other guest to simply enjoy the ceremony screen-free. Thank you for joining us! We will be allowing a few minutes of pictures to be taken once we are at the altar. Then ask that you put away all devices.

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Wedding colors consist of: Dusty Blue, Sage, Pastel Blue and Sea Glass. Any pastel color is welcome!
Hyatt Ziva allows non-staying guests to arrive an hour before the ceremony. Please arrive promptly at 2PM. Check in can take a few minutes per person. Guests staying at Hyatt Ziva can enter anytime that day even before 3pm check-in and have the front desk hold onto their luggage until the room is ready.
All guests NOT staying at Hyatt Ziva need to arrive at 2:00 p.m. - bring a photo ID per person - have a credit card per person - a $200 temporary hold will be placed on the credit card while you are at Hyatt Ziva - be ready to pay the $160 guest payment Guess who ARE staying at Hyatt Ziva. Please arrive at the ceremony location no later than 2:30PM. The service will promptly begin at 2:59PM. - bring a photo ID per person - have a credit card per person - for all hotel guests of Hyatt Ziva, a $500 temporary hold is placed on the card while you stay.
