Yes! This is a Black Tie event. Tuxedos and Gowns

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the church for the ceremony. The reception at Cyclorama has very limited street parking. Ubers/taxis are highly recommended. It's just a short ride from the hotel room blocks.
