Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for details of our hotel block.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st. Due to venue and catering deadlines, we kindly ask that all responses be submitted by this date. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, we will unfortunately need to mark you as unable to attend.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We suggest cocktail dresses for women and khakis/dress pants and nice shirt (tie optional) for men. We do kindly ask that women refrain from black dresses as to not match the bridal party. The ceremony will be outside in the yard so plan footwear acoordingly. The reception will be held in the barn.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, due to venue constraints we are only able to accommodate children who are part of the bride and groom’s family. Please refer to your invitation for the number of seats reserved in your honor

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! We will be offering beer, wine, and two signature cocktails, along with a variety of non alcoholic beverages for our guests to enjoy.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there will be parking available at Lucy Brate Barn

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.
