Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Grassroots Landscape Co. at “Grassroots Meadows,” located at 1054 S 28th St., Springfield.
There is plenty of on-site parking conveniently located right next to both the ceremony and reception areas.
Please arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have time to park, find a seat, and settle in before we say “I do.”
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. The ceremony will take place in a large, open grassy field, and the reception will be on the grass in a beautiful area surrounded by tall trees. If it happens to rain at the end of June, we’ll have tents set up so everyone can stay dry and comfortable.
We kindly ask guests to join us in semi-formal attire, such as dresses, jumpsuits, slacks with shirt and tie or a suit. Since our celebration is outdoors on a grassy field, please choose shoes that are comfortable for walking and dancing.
We’re so excited to celebrate with the guests listed on your invitation! We’re unable to welcome extra guests, and while we love your children, this will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Yes! There will be an open bar featuring specialty cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
