When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st so we can give our venue and caterer our final guest count in a timely manner. There will only be enough seats for those who RSVP so please make sure to let us know if you'll be celebrating with us! We can't wait to see you!!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We do not have a traditional registry, we're just happy to celebrate with you! But if you wish to give a gift, a contribution toward our honeymoon or our new home would be greatly appreciated!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4pm. An ideal arrival time would be between 3 and 3:30pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We would love to be able to celebrate with everyone who wants to join us on our special day, but due to space limitations we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, their name is already included. However, if circumstances change and some space opens up on the guest list, we may be able to make an exception. Please reach out and ask, we will do our best!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

YES! All children of the families we invited are included on the guest list. Feel free to bring them, or have a night out without them! Up to you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block reserved at Hampton Inn and Suites Stroudsburg Pocono Mountains. It's located about 15 minutes from the venue. You can find the link to reserve a room under the "Travel" section of our website. You can also call the hotel reservation line at 888-908-2021. Be sure to mention the group name Baughman-Welch wedding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

All food will be served buffet style, so you are welcome to pick and choose what you would like to eat. However, if you DO have an allergy, please let me know so I can make the caterer aware and be absolutely sure of the ingredients used in each dish. You can find our menu under the "Schedule" section of our website.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking for both the ceremony and reception is located in a lot next to and behind the venue. On the off-chance that the parking lot is full, there is also plenty of street parking right outside. However, we do expect to have plenty of space for everyone to park at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no transportation provided from the hotel to the ceremony or vice versa.
