We have reserved a hotel room block with a special rate at the SpringHill Suites in Brentwood, MO | Address: Strassner Dr Saint Louis, MO 63144 Please call 314.647.8400 and mention that you are associated with the Weist Wedding to get this special rate. (The bride and groom will be joining all hotel guests for brunch the morning after the wedding at the hotel).
All invitations are addressed accordingly - if your invitation indicates a guest name or says "guest" you have been allotted a plus one.
Children related to the bride or groom or members of the bridal party will be the only children allowed at our event. If your invitation states "your last name" family. We have allotted for your children to attend. All children will be under the care of a babysitter starting at 8:30 p.m. at the reception site in a connected facility. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The dress code for our celebration is semi-formal, black tie optional. Cocktail dresses, suites, gowns, and tuxedos are all appropriate attire for this event.
We will be serving a variety of food at different stations and we will do our best to accommodate all dietary restrictions with these choices (including gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian). If you have a specific food allergy please note this on your RSVP form as these options may be limited and we want to give you priority.
Our bridal procession will begin promptly at 1:30pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to enjoy the beauty of the Cathedral Basilica. No late guests will be permitted entry into the ceremony.
There is ample free parking at both the ceremony and reception venues for guests.
There will be uber vouchers available for transportation from the reception venue at the end of the night.
