Things To Do

Whether you’re making a weekend trip out of our wedding or just exploring while you’re here, there’s so much to do around Gilbert, Scottsdale, and Phoenix! From great restaurants and shopping to hiking, nightlife, and local attractions, we hope you enjoy a little Arizona adventure while celebrating with us.

Snakes & Lattes Tempe

20 West 6th Street, Tempe, AZ 85281

A cozy board game café perfect for coffee, snacks, and a fun night out with friends or family. With an endless selection of games, tasty drinks, and a laid-back atmosphere, it’s a great spot to relax and hang out during the wedding weekend. This was one of our first dates. Well... “date” is generous. The bride and her roommate just needed a third player, and the groom unfortunately got recruited. What started as a strategic fill-in role turned into a night full of laughs, way too much competition, and one of those moments that made it pretty obvious how much fun we have doing life together.

Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch

2757 East Guadalupe Road, Gilbert, AZ 85234

A peaceful nature preserve with walking trails, lakes, and beautiful sunset views. It’s a quiet escape from the city where you can slow down, take a walk, and enjoy the natural beauty of the desert landscape. With scenic paths, wildlife, and some of the best sunset views in the area, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing afternoon.

The Henry

4455 East Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ 85018

A stylish neighborhood restaurant known for its warm atmosphere, great food, and handcrafted cocktails, The Henry is a wonderful spot to gather with friends and family during the wedding weekend. This restaurant holds a special place in our story. Before the proposal, before the “yes,” there was dinner at The Henry, marking the beginning of a night we’ll never forget. With its inviting atmosphere and meaningful place in our journey, The Henry will always remind us of the start of our forever.

Heritage District

102 West Vaughn Avenue, Gilbert, AZ 85233

A walkable area filled with local restaurants, coffee shops, dessert spots, and nightlife with a cozy small-town feel. It has a warm, inviting vibe where you can easily spend an afternoon or evening exploring everything on foot; grabbing a coffee, trying a new restaurant, or stopping for something sweet. As the sun sets, the area comes alive with a relaxed but fun nightlife scene, making it a perfect mix of laid-back charm and lively energy.

The Sicilian Butcher

15530 North Tatum Boulevard, Phoenix, AZ 85032

A lively Italian eatery known for its handcrafted pasta, meatballs, and modern comfort food with an elevated twist. It’s a fun, energetic spot perfect for group dinners, cocktails, and a celebratory meal with the people you love most. This place is also a special one for us, we’ve shared a date here that we’ll always remember. From good food to great conversation, it’s one of those spots that now feels woven into our story and holds a little extra meaning every time we think about it.

Old Town Scottsdale

Scottsdale, AZ 85251

Known for its shopping, brunch spots, nightlife, art galleries, and fun atmosphere both day and night. Old Town Scottsdale is one of those places where there’s always something to do! Whether you’re strolling through unique shops, grabbing a long brunch, or hopping between coffee spots and dessert places. As the day goes on, it easily shifts into a lively nightlife scene with rooftop bars, live music, and a fun, energetic crowd. It’s the perfect place to explore, hang out, and experience a little bit of everything Scottsdale has to offer.
