Can I bring my child?

Answer

Yes, this is a family friendly resort. Make sure to book a family-type suite which allows for up to 2 children. This family suite will include a larger room with a separate room for the kiddos, as well as food and drink for them. **Excellence level rooms are adults-only and located in their own area of the resort, children are not allowed entry here.

We have a tangible gift for the happy couple. When do we give it to them?

Do I need a passport for the trip?

Do I have to be vaccinated for covid to travel here?

Answer

No. If needed, the resort provides covid tests free of charge, included with your stay prior to departure to airport. If a guest tests covid positive, the resort provides an on-site doctor and private isolation suite. The Excellence Collection is pleased to announce that in addition to the COVID-19 tests, we will be offering a complimentary stay at no additional cost to those guests who test positive for COVID-19 for a maximum of 11 days if showing symptoms, and 6 days if asymptomatic for USA residents.

Can I attend the wedding but stay at a different resort?

Answer

90% of wedding guests are required to stay at the resort along with the bride and groom. If you plan to find accommodations elsewhere, please plan to pay a $100 fee to attend the wedding. This will be asked of you when you check into the resort, to be paid at the front desk.

Where are the Bride and Groom planning to fly out from?

Answer

We fly out from Walker Field Airport in Grand Junction, Colorado early morning of 11/8/23 via American Airlines GJT>DFW>CAN. **We realize some guests will be flying out of other airports. Please note that you must go through US customs when you travel back into the US. This can be difficult and time consuming. Bride & Groom will fly back via AA with customs in Phoenix.

What are the difference in Resort levels (aka which type of suite do I reserve)?

Answer

There are 3 levels at this resort. Finest, Finest Club, and Excellence Club. Your room type will specify which amenities are included at the resort. Please read closely as there are 2 restaurants, 2 lounges, and 2 pools off-limits to non-club level guests. There is also a private beach for club members. Bride and Groom will be staying at least Finest-level.
