Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins. The ceremony is scheduled to start at 4pm.
We kindly ask that you submit your RSVP as soon as you can. RSVPs are due NO LATER than February 21, 2026.
Our venue for both the ceremony and reception is The Estate on the Halifax, located at 5123 S Ridgewood Ave, Port Orange, FL 32127. The ceremony will take place in the Chapel on the property, which venue staff will direct you to upon arrival. Cocktail hour will be held outdoors throughout the property once the ceremony is finished, and then we will all meet inside the Tavern for the real party!
The official dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. We believe this goes without saying, but please do not wear white or any colors that look similar to it.
Late March is typically in the 70s for Florida, but we recommend that you monitor the weather closer to the event to get the best idea. The ceremony and reception will both take place indoors. Cocktail hour will primarily be held outdoors, but there are indoor spaces for you to escape to as well. It has been Syd's experience in the Tavern (reception area) that the A/C is on arctic blast, so either bring something to keep you warm or get your butt on the dance floor!
Respectfully, we have chosen to make our wedding day child-free, with the exception of children in the wedding party.
Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. Please refer to the "are children allowed?" response if you are thinking of bringing a plus one under the age of 18 years old.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, but we will not be providing a shuttle service. Uber, Lyft, and other ride-share agencies are of great use in the area.
We are offended if you felt the need to direct your attention to this question. Of course there will be an open bar. The open bar is only for beer and wine, but there will be liquor options at your own expense.
