We have a block of rooms reserved at the Surf for our guests! These blocks will be available starting 8/21/2025 BUT they will be released to the public 30 days prior to our wedding date, so if you plan to book them, please do so prior to October 25th. The hotel offers a variety of rooms as well as residences for groups of guests. Directions for reserving within our block are as follows: The easiest way to book rooms in your block is to use the Direct link on this page! (Click VIEW) Alternatively, you can manually input the information into our system following the below steps: On the Surf Hotel & Chateau website select "Special Codes & Rates". From the dropdown menu, select "Group Code." Enter the following group code: 2025SarahJacob The arrival date should be the day before the wedding, and the departure date the day after the wedding. You will then be able to book a room under the group block. In order to reserve dates other than the ones above, you must reserve over the phone at 719-966-7048. A two night minimum stay is required to receive the group discount. Additional nights outside of your contracted block are not guaranteed - they are based on availability at the time of booking.

Travel Note
Welcome to mountain towns, where we love having tourists but we don't care to provide parking! It's funny because it's true, BUT the hotel kindly has provided the attached link (click VIEW) highlighting two parking lots within walking distance to the wedding venue as well as other wedding related events. You will need to park in these lots. We love a good walk here in the mountains, especially if it snows ;)
