We’d love for everyone to dress in cocktail attire. Examples include floor-length, midi, or knee-length dresses, as well as button-down shirts and slacks; suit jackets and ties are optional. Kindly avoid casual items like jeans and flip flops, but feel free to bring your personal style, as boots and western-inspired looks are absolutely welcome. Sage green and black-and-white attire will be worn by our wedding party. Most importantly, our goal is for you to feel your best and be comfortable on our special day.
Kindly RSVP by January 26, 2027, so we can provide our final guest count to our vendors and thoughtfully prepare seating, catering, and details for each of our guests. Guests who have not RSVP’d by the deadline, unfortunately, cannot be included in our final numbers. We truly appreciate your timely response as we finalize plans for our special day.
We are delighted to celebrate with the children listed on your invitation. Please include all attending children on your RSVP to assist with planning. We completely understand if you prefer to enjoy this evening as a child-free night out while celebrating with us!
To help us plan for our celebration, we ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. If your invitation indicates that you may bring a plus one, please feel free to do so!
We recommend staying at our designated hotel, where we have secured a room block for guests. We also recommend looking for an AirBnB or VRBO for larger parties. Details and booking information can be found on our Travel page.
Yes! On-site parking is available for up to 90 cars. The venue is also easily accessible via Uber/Lyft as well.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. We kindly ask that all guests arrive no later than 4:15 pm to allow time to be seated and settled before the start. To avoid a rush, we recommend that guests flying in from out of town arrive the day prior so guests have the opportunity to check in ahead of time, if possible!
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors on grass, weather permitting, followed by an indoor reception. In late February, Central Florida typically has mild, comfortable weather with daytime temperatures in the low to mid 70s and cooler evenings in the 50s, so we recommend bringing a light layer for the evening if needed!
