Father of the Bride
Christina's father Jonathan has a great sense of humor and is always interested in really getting to know others, their thoughts and opinions. He will always make people feel seen and included. Fun Fact: Jonathan is a computer wizard!
Mother of the Bride
Christina's mother Marylin is a resilient woman with a strong fighting spirit. She always gives her loved ones the courage they need to face any obstacle. Fun fact: Marilyn is a retired nurse who worked the night shift for years caring for the elderly.
Father of the Groom
Harrison's father Myles inspires them with his sensitivity and compassion. He reminds them to be attentive and kind to one another and that being vulnerable is a strength. Fun fact, Myles is a brilliant actor and jazz musician!
Mother of the Groom
Harrison's mother Lorraine is one of the most generous and thoughtful people they know. She is dedicated to supporting her children and will always make time for them despite her extremely busy schedule. Fun Fact: Lorraine is an exquisite vocalist!
Officiant

Maid of Honor
Christina and Kayla have been friends since the 6th grade. They have gone from running through the halls of their middle school pretending to be vampires from The Twilight Saga and getting scolded for spending a day at the park without answering their phones to sharing a glass of wine over dinner at a bar and shopping for a wedding dress together. They have seen each other through numerous relationships and eras, and Kayla will be the first one to tell you that Harrison is the best man by far!
Bridesmaid
Alix is Christina's soon to be sister in law, but Christina would easily describe meeting Alix to be like meeting a long-lost sister. Beware of putting these two together in a room as the odds are high that they will burst into a giggle fit that seems to go on forever. What are they laughing about? No one really knows but apparently it's hilarious.
Bridesmaid
Christina and Laura have been friends since high school, and are the classic brunette and blonde with an inseparable bond. Laura has witnessed some of Christina's finest moments such as when she started sinking into mud and screaming on what should have been a regular dog walk, doing the world's corniest dance moves to Two of Hearts, and falling down at a bar in front of everyone when she wasn't even drunk, just excited to see her bestie. It's wonderful to have come this far together.
Bridesmaid
Christina and Jesi met back in 2015 when they took Existentialism together and Jesi slid into Christina's DMs to compliment her on her comments in class and suggest they be friends. From there an incredible friendship bloomed. Jesi can be thanked for much of Christina's academic accomplishments which were made possible in part by having a friend who always encouraged her to chase opportunities and her dreams.
Bridesmaid
Christina and Jeska became friends in 2019 when Jeska listened to Christina read aloud a spoken word poem to her friends in the philosophy lounge at Brooklyn College. It was a chance meeting that sparked an immense bond full of thoughtful conversations, adventures in New JOISY, and home-cooked heartfelt meals. One of their all time favorite activities to do together is dilly dally in random stores and "just look" at everything while talking about anything and everything.
Best Man
Harrison’s brother and best man, Max, are as close as siblings could be. Harrison has always looked up to his older brother. He is the reason that Harrison loves basketball, pokemon, and most of the music he listens to. They also share the same silly sense of humor. Everything Max did, Harrison followed. He’s gotten him through many tough times in life that needed perspective and maturity in order to conquer. His role as a brother and best friend could not be any greater than it already is.
Groomsman
Tony is Harrison's soon to be Brother in Law. The two share a love for basketball and music. Tony has an extensive musical background that makes for a seamless connection as Harrison grew up surrounded by musicians. Harrison is thankful to have more family on the East Coast.
Groomsman
Roberto and Harrison met at a friend’s dinner party only about 5 and a half years ago. In a city that can often feel lonely, gaining a friend in Roberto was such a gift in Harrison’s life. He’s the kind of friend that there’s absolutely no pressure with. Their hangouts are always fun and never strenuous, meaning they never do physical activities unless you count eating and walking off the meal as physical activity. Roberto has always been insightful in their conversations no matter the topic and is an incredible chef who has taught him a lot about cooking.
Groomsman
Matt has been close friends with Harrison since they were 8 years old. They played on the same baseball teams and went to grade school together. Matt makes Harrison laugh constantly and when they were younger Matt would shout things from the dugout and make Harrison crack up when he would be up at bat. They had countless all nighter sleepovers and would do the dumbest things like ride tiny bikes at 2AM to McDonalds and try to pay them with Chuck-e-Cheese tokens (which actually worked). Harrison’s friendship with Matt is always going to be light hearted and full of laughter.
Usher
Christina is so delighted for her nephew to be a part of the ceremony. She has watched him grow into an incredible young man. The two share a love of anime and will always gush over the latest coolest ones to watch.
Ring Bearer
Christina and Harrison are beyond thrilled for their baby nephew Julien to participate in the ceremony in such a special way. His smile and laughter is sure to bring joy to all.
