If you are traveling and staying in town Friday or Saturday night, consider staying in New Orleans and making a quick vacation out of it. OR, come join us for an informal happy hour in Thibodaux on Saturday night at Cinclare, where all are welcome. It is our favorite weekend restaurant when we are there, and also where David proposed for the "first" time. Yes, I accepted then. I will let him tell you about the second one. I am told this is where everyone stays when they need a hotel in Thibodaux. There is also the Days Inn & Suites at 158 Glenwild Dr, but I have no recommendations for it. Both are about 1.5 miles from the wedding venue, via Hwy 20

A 19th century house converted to a bed and breakfast within a block of the wedding venue. It's also in the heart of historic downtown Thibodaux where everything is accessible by foot. Rooms are limited!!

There is ONE Airbnb available in Thibodaux. It is pretty adorable and is two houses from David's house. It is also in walkable downtown and about three blocks from the wedding venue.

Travel Note

NO UBER or LYFT in town

It isn't there yet. Everything is within close proximity, but there are no cabs, ubers. or lyfts in town. The only thing you can get via car is delivery of food.
