NYC has a few airports to choose from but Newark Airport would be the best option for out-of-town guests. Newark Airport is about an hour from the hotels.
Shuttle

There will be three shuttles going to and from each hotel. Fairfield: Shuttle leaves at 4:00 pm Courtyard: Shuttle leaves at 4:15 pm Holiday Inn: Shuttle leaves at 4:20 pm Please plan accordingly Each shuttle will leave the venue at the end of the night at two times - 10:30 pm and 12:00 pm If you do not think you will be able to wait until the shuttle times please plan to drive or Uber. There is a parking lot at the venue.
