FAQs

The Wedding Website of Emma Weidig and James Rambone
Please feel free to reach out with any of your questions!
Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We highly recommend staying at Smugglers' Notch Resort! Booking information can be found under the Travel tab on our website or in the FAQ below. If you are interested in staying over in Stowe, there are plenty of lodging options (we only listed one on our site, but there are tons of spots)! Please note, transportation will not be provided to/from Stowe for our ceremony/reception and you will have to drive over the notch at night (a windy, mountain road).

Question

How do I book my room at Smugglers' Notch Resort?

Answer

For support with booking, please call the Smuggs Group Booking Team at 800-521-0536 or email Rhiannon Encinias at rencinias@smuggs.com. Share you are part of the Weidig-Rambone wedding and they will help set up room accommodations. Lodging options range from studio apartments up to four bedroom apartments (if you want to get a crew together!) and all include a kitchen and living room space. We recommend booking a spot as soon as possible! Please note, studios and one bedrooms tend to fill up faster, so contact Smuggs soon if you are interested in one of those options.

Question

How should I get from the airport to Smuggs?

Answer

We recommend booking a rental car! However, if you are having trouble getting to/from the airport to Smuggs, please reach out!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:15PM! The ceremony will start at 4:30PM. Shuttles will run from Smuggs to The Barn at Boyden Farm. Specific time/location pick-up at Smuggs, TBD If you would like to drive, there is a parking lot available at The Barn at Boyden Farm. You are welcome to leave your car overnight!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little cuties, please keep the kids at home during the Saturday wedding! If you are interested in bringing the kiddos to VT and want to get a sitter for the night of the wedding, please reach out and we can recommend some resources!
