We're so excited to finally celebrate with you!

Ah technology! We are certainly thankful for it! We both took a chance on dating online and our luck paid off! Phew!

On our two year anniversary we went to Cinderella's Castle and enjoyed the most magical dinner! Little did Brittany know dessert would be the BEST part! The waiter brought a glass dish with a cover to the table and at first Brittany was confused, the waiter removed the lid and there was a glass Cinderella slipper on top of rose petals. Matt got down on one knee and told Brittany he loved her more than anything and asked if she would marry him, Brittany said YES! We got a standing ovation! We hit a Home Rahner!

Last March Brittany and Matthew were ironing out the details of their perfect day when the world shut down due to COVID-19! They decided to take a gamble and move their date to December of 2020. However, they decided they had waited long enough and had an intimate ceremony at their home and became husband and wife. Then just a few weeks later their ONLY plan of 2020 came true, they were expecting, and baby Rahner had a due date of just one week after their new date! So once again the gambled and pushed the date to just six weeks after baby Jameson was due, February 2021. With the restrictions in place as their newest date approached it became apparent that their celebration would be limited to just fifty guests and after the journey thus far they were not willing to accept that. Brittany and Matthew decided to gamble one last time and plan for September. Although this is not the wedding they had originally envisioned and planned for they are so happy to finally be able to celebrate their love for one another!
