We got married!

Katie & Austin got engaged in Iceland in Sept 2019. The pandemic hit in 2020 & paused all wedding plans so they eloped to the courthouse in Oct 2020.

The two decided that there was no reason to wait to get married as they were not planning on having a traditional ceremony and with the current state of the pandemic. So, they made an appointment at the courthouse, and on the morning of Oct 6, they raised their right hand in front of the clerk, and got their license signed by a Dudeist priest (Look it up.... it's a thing). They spent their day doing what they do best-- being by each others' side....accompanied by tacos in the park, a mandatory ice cream date, lounging around the house, and feel good music. No frills. No expectations. Just another day, but one where they could solely focus on their love for each other. Exactly what they wanted.

Once it is safe to do so, they will gather with their closest friends and family to celebrate! Stay tuned till... 2021... (... maybe...)
