What is the shuttle schedule?

3:00 PM Mount Princeton 3:20 PM Downtown Buena Vista (Railroad and Main) 3:40 PM Best Western End of Night Shuttle- 9:30pm - 12:00am -Two 14 Passenger vehicles running shuttles from the Barn at Sunset Ranch back to local lodging. Groups that are lodging together should plan on catching a ride together to limit wait times.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Historically, highs have been in the 80's and dropping into the 40's later in the evening. This area is known for their wind. Jackets are encouraged!!!

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors. The reception will be in the barn with options to be outside for games and other cocktails.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the barn for cocktail hour and appetizers.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed!! If you cannot make it to the wedding, let us known as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

There are parking spots available at the facility. We will also have a shuttle service picking up and dropping off guests in certain locations around Buena Vista. This will be updated as the wedding date gets closer.

The ceremony starts at 4:00PM

Answer

We are staying in an Airbnb right off of Main Street in downtown Buena Vista.
