Jekyll Wheels
Jekyll Island is known for it 20+ miles of bike paths. You can rent bikes and explore a number of different trails.
The Wharf
Conveniently located on the resort, The Wharf is a great option for dinner. They have a traditional southern menu with lots of local seafood. Also, many nights there is live music. We suggest the Shrimp and Grits!
Jekyll Ocean Club
The Jekyll Ocean Club is part of the resort but sits directly on the ocean. There are hotel shuttles available to take you over there. The pool and bar area features shuffle board, fire pits and a lounge area. We will be hanging out here on Sunday if you plan to stick around!
Pier Road Shops
Browse unique gifts and hand-made artisan collections at the Pier Road Shops located in The Historic District. The shops feature items from several local retailers specializing in products from blown glass and musical instruments to pottery, jewelry, fair trade gifts, local jams, cookbooks and more.
Great Dunes Golf Course
Great Dunes 9-hole course, whose links were originally laid in 1910, is located oceanside and offers picturesque views.
Jekyll Island Golf Club
With sixty-three holes of golf, Jekyll Island is a golfer's paradise. Three 18-hole golf courses (Oleander, Indian Mound, and Pine Lakes) are centrally located on the island.
Love Shack BBQ & Boardwalk Deli
Two counter service restaurants located in the Jekyll Market. Stop in for a quick sandwich or basket of fried shrimp (the local specialty) on your way to the beach.

Low Country cuisine & local shrimp dishes in a casual setting, plus a seasonal outdoor bar.
Driftwood Beach
Constant erosion has created a surreal landscape of bleached and preserved fallen trees in Georgia. It is a short walk east from the big fishing pier on the north end of Jekyll Island, but you can see it from the pier.
