The Omni Homestead Resort

Room Rate: $369 per night, excluding taxes and fees. Please list a maximum 2 adults per room, regardless if you have three or four guests. There is an additional charge of $25 per person over two guests. All of our weekend events will occur within the Homestead Resort property. We have a room block with a limited amount of rooms available. If you'd like to make a longer vacation out of it, the room rate runs from Oct 19, 2026 - Oct 28, 2026. We recommend you book your room as soon as you know your travel plans! The Homestead provides a true experience while staying within their resort. One of our favorites is "Social Hour" every day at 3pm where tea and treats are served.

Vine Cottage Inn

If you are unable to stay at The Homestead Resort, we'd ask for our guests to stay at The Vine Cottage Inn. This precious 10 bedroom bed and breakfast is adjacent to the Homestead Resort which will allow guests easier access to our events. Please be aware if you choose to stay at The Vine Cottage Inn transportation to and from events most likely will not be possible. The Owners, Tammy and Dave, have held all of their rooms for our guests. Please call Tammy at 540-839-2422 to book your room on a first come basis. Tammy will ask you which room you'd like to book which you can view on their website before booking.

Roanoke Airport (ROA)

Roanoke is the closest airport to The Homestead and had direct flights to and from nine major airports. It is an hour and a half car ride to The Homestead afterwards. Direct Flights: Atlanta Charlotte Chicago/O'Hare New York City/LaGuardia Orlando-Sanford Philadelphia Sarasota Bradenton St. Petersburg-Clearwater Washington, D.C./Dulles

Charlottesville Airport (CHO)

Charlottesville is the second closest airport to The Homestead Resort. We recommend getting a rental car or scheduling transport as it is a two hour ride. There are five direct flights in and out of CHO. Direct Flights: Atlanta Charlotte Chicago - O'Hare New York City - LaGuardia Washington, D.C. - Dulles

Richmond Airport (RIC)

Richmond is the largest nearby airport and is almost a 3 hour car ride to The Homestead Resort. This airport will have the most direct flight options by far.
