as in an actual person and not Hinge, Bumble or another dating application that Adam could frequently be found swiping through. Unknown to Jessica until several dates later, Adam planned a romantic first date of whiskey tasting and food pairings. Jessica was pretty tired after celebrating single-hood with some close friends the day before at a Valentine's Day drag brunch and suggested a low key bar in Hell's Kitchen. Jessica trekked through a snowstorm to the west side from her beloved east side apartment (who knew she would become a west side girl shortly after?) to find the stranger her coworker decided she should meet. Adam's rules of dating consisted of: one drink. If you're having fun, a second drink. If worth exploring, order some food. Jessica's response to a food request was to order buffalo wings (classy). A few beers, some chicken wings later and singing along with the Grammy's which were playing on the TV, we fell head over heels for each other. Since then, we've traveled to several states and countries, learned more about what our own city has to offer, and enjoyed finding new adventures and making each other laugh along the way. We can't wait to celebrate our special day with everyone we love the most and be able to #wedothingsforever
