For our out-of-town guests, we recommend flying into Sarasota-Bradenton Airport (~10-15 minutes from venue/accommodations). Tampa is also nearby (~60 minutes).

Rooms are blocked at the Hyatt Regency Sarasota for Friday & Saturday. The rooms are also available two days before and after for those wishing to extend their visit. Guests have access to the hotel pool and other perks (like complimentary water sports rentals & bike rentals).

The hotel also offers a shuttle to St. Armand's Circle, Downtown Sarasota, & Lido Beach.

Feel free to book at other local hotels or use VRBO/Airbnb - but please secure your accommodations sooner rather than later.
