Unfortunately our elopement contract has a strict limit on the number of guests able to attend the ceremony. We wish we could spend our special day with all of our loved ones and hope to celebrate with everyone else soon! Our dinner guests are encouraged to ask the bride and groom prior to bringing a plus one for the celebration.
As our guest count is limited and each guest will be in our photos, we ask that all elopement guests adhere to the requested attire colors. The dress code is cocktail attire. Men: Please wear burgundy. Women: Please wear plum. Keep in mind that it will be chilly in the mountains in November, we will be outdoors the entire time, and there will be a walk to reach the destination. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes, bring a jacket, and bring an umbrella in case it rains!
No, the event will continue rain or shine! The elopement team will ensure we are safe to continue. In the event that the weather is too dangerous, the team will work with us to find another location.
We will be having dinner at a restaurant a few hours after the ceremony. Please make sure you’re hydrated and have a meal prior to the ceremony.
Please wear “resort casual” attire. Keep in mind that the restaurant seating is outdoors and layers are encouraged.
We will be having dinner at Sunset Terrace located at The Omni Grove Park Inn. The address is 290 Macon Avenue, Asheville, NC 28804. Guests are invited to join us for drinks at Elaine’s Dueling Piano Bar also located at The Omni Grove Park Inn following dinner.
