It all started at a high school football game where Patrick yelled at a random opposing fan for being on the wrong side of the stadium. Which if you know Patrick, you understand. That random opposing fan turned out to be Stephanie. They formally met each other through mutual friends after graduating high school. Their relationship took off after that. While Stephanie moved to Charlotte to attend UNCC, Patrick went on to Wilmington where he attended UNCW. Although, hundreds of miles away from each other, they stayed together until Stephanie moved to Wilmington after their first year of college.

Their love for each other flourished at UNCW where they spent everyday together. After graduating, they stayed in Wilmington while Stephanie applied to occupational therapy programs and Patrick began working as a graphic designer. While in Wilmington, they settled down together in a cozy one bedroom apartment with the newest member of their family, a pup named Chelsea. After a lot of hard work, Stephanie received news that she was accepted into a doctorate level OT program in Fayetteville. They packed up Chelsea and their apartment and moved back to their hometown where they were welcomed by family.

On December 12, 2020, Patrick suggested going to Wilmington for the day to eat at Stephanie's favorite restaurant for her birthday. Little did she know, Patrick had a ring in his pocket, ready to propose to her on the beach. Surprise -- she said yes! & now their wedding day is here and they're so excited to celebrate it with you!
