Ben was bowling his rookie season on the PBA Tour when a drive from Akron, Ohio to Lubbock, Texas took him right through the heart of St. Louis. Becky was perusing the dating apps when Ben's profile caught her eye. She sent "Adorable boi" to him, and they started chatting. The next day, when Ben rolled into town, he asked if he could take her on a date, but she was busy at her sister's wedding. A bit rude to not invite Ben, if you ask me, the impartial narrator, but that is neither here nor there. Ben continued on his tour journey for another couple of months, talking to Becky every single day. Ben's journey home, from Las Vegas, NV to Columbus, OH took him straight through St. Louis once again, and this time around, they finally got to meet. Ben stayed there for a week, and the rest is history. They started off long-distance, with Ben traveling from Ohio to see Becky every couple of weeks. After about a year and a half, he finally moved in with her and their furry son, Mustache, in Collinsville, Illinois!
