Doors will open at 1:30pm. Please arrive by 1:45pm to be seated. The ceremony will begin at 2:15pm. Unfortunately, guest will not be allowed into the ceremony once it begins so please plan on arriving early. If you do not make it on time, you will have to wait until the ceremony ends and cocktail hour starts to be allowed into the venue.
Wedding Attire: Formal Please dress to impress! Summer Soirée or Garden Party. Men: Summer suits, button up shirts and dress pants. Women: Summer dresses, florals, flowy and ruffles Colors: Your favorite summer colors, florals or pastels The weather should be warm but the venue is partially covered. Please do not wear all white, champagne or ivory, flip flops, jeans or shorts. Let me know if you have any questions about attire!
The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be outside in the courtyard. We will be covered during the ceremony and dinner. The dance floor is inside.
Yes! There is plenty of free parking at the venue. There will be a bar so if you plan on consuming alcohol, I suggest using Uber/Lyft or carpool.
We are limiting the amount of kids at our wedding. Please refer to your invitation as it will state if your child or children are invited. If it is unclear, please feel free to reach out to us! Don’t hesitate to ask any questions you would like! We ask if you feel your child or children cannot stay quiet during the ceremony, please arrange for a babysitter.
Please let us know directly via text, email or phone if you have any allergies/dietary restrictions so I can let you know what we will have that is safe to eat. We will have food options for all dietary restrictions.
We will have a bar and provide two signature drinks, wine, beer and seltzers at no cost to our guest. We do ask all guest that are drinking to bring cash to tip the bartender. There will be water, juice, soda and tea as well.
We can’t make hotel blocks until January 2024 but we will be making them. More information to come!
Please RSVP by April 1st, 2024 as we need to give the venue a guest count and give our caterers the final guest count. Please RSVP online or mail the invitation back to us.
Unfortunately no. We would be happy to send you pictures of the ceremony and reception after the wedding. We will have post Wedding celebrations all weekend long as well!

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience. We also have a honeymoon, home down payment fund and small registry on our website. Please go to the “registry” tab. If you would like to gift a check, please make it out to: “Tera Mcduffie or Joseph Shepherd” to make depositing it an ease.
Yes, We will have celebrations all weekend long. Please reach out to the Bride at 310-494-1023 if you can't attend the wedding but want to come to the post wedding celebrations (Friday and/or Saturday). More information to come!

The venue is an outdoor venue with dancing indoors. We are not requiring guests to wear masks but please feel free to wear a mask if you feel the need to.
