When do I need to RSVP by/ and how?

Please RSVP no later than October 16th. You can RSVP directly on our home page on this site (Zola). If you do not RSVP, we unfortunately will take it as a No.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:45PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No, dress comfortably and whatever makes you feel your best!

Is recording or taking photos allowed?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony! We kindly request that you put away all phones and cameras during the ceremony so that you can be fully present with us.

Will transportation be provided to venue?

A shuttle will be provided to Tru Hilton Hotel if you choose to use.

Is Free Parking provided at venue?

Answer

For guests within driving distance of the venue, there is free on-site parking.

Is there a hotel block for guests that are traveling?

Answer

We have a room block through Tru Hilton Hotel for those that are traveling from out of town. You must arrange your own stay. Mix of double queen and king beds. Use our discount code HHW for a rate of $150.00 per night.

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.
