The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will take place at the same location, with both indoor and outdoor spaces available.
For those of you flying into Tennessee, the closest airport is McGee Tyson Airport located 40-45 miles northwest of Gatlinburg. A rental vehicle will be necessary for transportation to and from the airport. Beyond airport travel, renting a vehicle is highly recommended to fully experience the area - especially for exploring the Great Smoky Mountains and enjoying the region's scenic drives.
Join us for an evening as we celebrate with dinner, drinks, and good company. We will be skipping formal traditions and dancing in favor of a relaxed gathering together.
Due to limited room availability, we’re only able to accommodate immediate family at the rental house at this time. Please see the “Travel” tab for recommended accommodations and room block information.
Unfortunately, the house we've rented for the ceremony and reception allows a maximum of one dog on the property, and that dog is Rowan. As a result, other dogs will not be permitted on the rental property. Fortunately, the hotel we've listed for guests is pet-friendly. Please refer to their policies for more information. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet at the hotel.
In September, Gatlinburg typically experiences warm, pleasant days and cool evenings, with the average highs in the 80's and lows in the mid-to-upper 50's. Visitors should prepare for both summer like warmth and cooler autumn conditions.
Guests are welcome to relax and enjoy the property while we’re away. Feel free to take advantage of the pool, game room, movie theater, firepit, and other outdoor activities. The wedding venue is a short drive from downtown Gatlinburg, which is filled with attractions, moonshine tastings, shopping, and unique museums. Explore the Smoky Mountains, which offer miles of hiking trails and scenic drives.
