When's your new date?

Answer

June 12, 2021! This will still be a weekend long event. Please pencil us in for June 11-13th!

What if I already registered for August 2020?

Answer

If you've already registered, you reservation will be held and transferred to the new date.

What if I registered for this year but can no longer make the new date?

Answer

Let us know and we'll coordinate your cancellation! We'll be sad to miss you next year.

Question

What kind of clothing should I bring for the weekend?

Answer

In addition to the clothes you would like to wear for the Ceremony and Reception, make sure to bring clothes that you are comfortable in to participate in all of the activities that camp has to offer, i.e. a swimming suit for the lake or shoes for walking trails or playing frisbee and a sweatshirt or jacket for cool nights by the fire.

What's included with my room reservation?

Answer

There is a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom cabins. All bedrooms include two twin beds and each cabin has it's own bathroom, shower, kitchenette, and living room. If you choose to stay in one of the platform tent cabins there are four beds per tent and a shared wash house and community space for all of the tents. Linens will be provided for both cabins and tents. ALL of you meals are included from the Welcome Dinner through to breakfast on Sunday morning. You can feel free to bring any additional food/snacks/drinks you'd like.

Do I have to stay at Ohana or can I stay somewhere else?

Answer

We are highly encouraging everyone to stay with us at Ohana, however, there are other hotel options nearby. If you choose to stay somewhere else, you can still enjoy breakfast and lunch with us for a small extra charge if you'd like, just let us know!

Question

I'm flying in from far away, can I stay at Ohana on Thursday night?

Answer

Unfortunately not. We only have access to the camp Friday afternoon -Sunday morning. Let us know if you need help figuring out alternative accommodations.

Question

I have a dietary restriction, will there be food for me?

Answer

We have made sure to include both vegetarian and vegan options with all of the meals. If you have a specific allergy or request please let us know!

Question

There are so many activities on the schedule! Do I have to go to all of them?!

Answer

Nope! You can choose to participate in as many or as few of the activities as you'd like, no pressure! We do recommend you don't skip out on any of the meals though, as the food is going to be delicious!
