Rebecca and Allison have been close friends (partners in crime, really) since 2005. They met in the youth group at Second Avenue Baptist Church in Rome, Georgia, where they developed a close relationship from being the youth group's biggest troublemakers. I can't imagine not having "Becks" by my side along the entire wedding planning journey!
Richard Bell
Best Man
Richard or "Boog" as he is more well-known, is Will's Dad and Best Man. He has been there for Will since day one and Will couldn't imagine this big day without Boog by his side.
Lauren Hoffman
Matron of Honor
Lauren and Allison met in 2010 as camp counselors at Glorieta Camp for Girls in New Mexico. They were inseparable almost immediately and realized there were old baptist, familial connections. The two have stayed really close ever since, being sure to visit each other at least once a year. Lauren is my soul sister and kindred spirit. I couldn't imagine this day or process without Lauren by my side!
Cooper Bell
Groomsman
Cooper is Will's younger brother, and they can have entire conversations with each other using only movie quotes. The Bell Brothers share a special bond that has even survived them being house mates. Since Cooper was also recently engaged, the two brothers are both looking forward to experiencing married life with their two new brides.
Dana Gallaty
Bridesmaid
Dana and Allison have been good friends since 7th grade and Dana easily wins the award of "most interesting wedding party member." Currently living in Turkey with her husband Borhan, Dana has lived in Alaska, Malaysia, Uganda, and Iran (among others). Thankfully she will be back in America, more specifically Georgia, on Allison & Will's big day!
Daniel Roland
Groomsman
Daniel is Allison's older brother. Being close in age, Daniel and Allison have remained close in their older years bonding over their love of British culture, Aussie puppies, and the Kentucky Wildcats. Daniel and Will have quickly bonded over their love of craft beer and soccer (Come on You Spurs!).
Lera Pearson
Bridesmaid
Lera and Allison met the summer before 9th grade at the Rome High School Lady Wolves Basketball Camp. While they have both since given up all dreams of becoming WNBA stars, Lera and Allison have remained close friends even after college. Lera, Allison and Dana (another bridesmaid) were a close-knit group in their high school years and always found a way to get into trouble (looking at you freshman gym and senior bio). I'm sure this will be no different on the big day!
Jonathan Roland
Groomsman
Jonathan "J-Rol" is Allison's oldest brother and one of Will's biggest fans. He loves Native American culture and will always be the first to tell you a funny joke, that he's 1/16th Cherokee, and whether or not there's a storm on the way. Jonathan will be sure to offer plenty of comedic relief on November 23rd.
Carmen Williams
Bridesmaid
Carmen and Allison met during their time at Georgia State University Baptist Collegiate Ministries (BCM). After graduating undergrad, both made their way to Michigan - Allison for grad school and Carmen for Teach for America. It was great to have each other as "Georgia lifelines" while we were both in the Mitten! Though Allison has since moved back to Georgia, they have remained close friends and Allison will also be a bridesmaid in Carmen's wedding in July!
John Randall Lasseter
Groomsman
Will and John Randall met in undergrad at Georgia Southern University as brothers in the Delta Tau Delta Fraternity. The two were also roommates in Statesboro and made many fond memories during their "college experience." They have remained close ever since and Will was a groomsman in John Randall's wedding in 2018.
