Born and raised in Farmington Hills, MI, Carli is a 24 year old lover of music, art, and literature. Her parents, Joy & Doug Gradin brought Carli up in an environment steeped in experiences that formed her into the startlingly unique woman she is today. She's devoted to her job in the Title Insurance industry and takes pride in taking on challenges in her personal and professional life. Carli is a fiercely deadicated Michigander who adores her home state's local music, craft beer, and of course her beloved Detroit Red Wings.
Justin Ray Pepper

Growing up in Quincy, MI, a place with a genuine small town atmosphere, Justin's parents (Matt and Lonna) worked to bring him up as a true leader with an incredible work ethic. He moved to the Metro-Detroit area in 2014, and has worked his way up to a management position at Refrigeration Research. Justin is a 24 year old avid lover of all things Detroit, especially Detroit sports! He has an undying desire for new experiences, an impenetrable passion for making people laugh, and an everlasting dedication to helping every friend and family member in any way he can.
Aerin Gradin
Maid of Honor
Aerin is Carli's younger (middle) sister and her closest friend. They have different talents, and different pathways in life, but they remain singularly close to each other. Aerin created all of the print work for the wedding (save the dates, invitations, concert posters) by hand, as she is studying to become a master print-maker at the Rhode Island School of Design. She is a lyrical, artistic, fascinating human being that Carli takes pride in and looks up to.
Kris Kletzka
Best Man
Kris and Justin met the day Justin moved to the Metro-Detroit area, and they were instant friends. Kris has brought Justin an astounding amount of life experience and wisdom. Justin thinks of Kris' children as young nieces and nephews and he and Carli both adore spending time with the Kletzka family. Kris is the most steadfast friend anyone could hope to have, and Justin couldn't imagine life without him.
Rylie Gradin
Bridesmaid
Rylie is Carli's youngest sister. Ever since growing up together, Rylie & Carli have famously been able to get on each others nerves, but nothing could ever tear them apart as sisters. Rylie is a leader in all things she sets her mind to - as an ever growing part of Younglife and her church, as an RA at her school, and as a driving force in all of her relationships. She is a role model to Carli, both socially and spiritually. In her studies at the Culinary Institute of Michigan, Rylie learned the skills she needed to be the Pastry Chef for the wedding - you can thank her for all of the delicious treats!
Jacob Pepper
Groomsman
Jacob is one of Justin's twin younger brothers. He is a wonderful musical talent with an excellent scholarly drive, and will be going into his senior year of high school at the end of this summer. Jacob has a fabulous sense of humor and an excellent sense of style. His quick wit and fabulous personality are second to none.
Alex Petrin
Bridesman
Alex is one of Carli's very closest friends, and the reason why the wedding is in Marquette, MI. Simply put, none of this would have been possible without his help. Alex is one of the most generous, adventurous and intelligent human beings on the face of the planet. He encourages Carli to expand her comfort zone, and supports her with his advice and loyalty in everything she does. Throughout their friendship, Alex and Carli have confided, commiserated, and conquered obstacles in each of their lives. The reception is being held on Alex's property in Marquette, MI, where he moved with his wife, Katie, this past summer.
Joshua Pepper

Joshua is one of Justin's twin younger brothers. He is an athletic powerhouse who enjoys track, cross country, swimming and plenty of other activities besides. Josh is a loyal friend and a brilliant student, who is going into his senior year of high school at the end of the summer. He brings amusement and laughter with him wherever he goes.

Alexis and Justin are cousins and were an inseparable pair growing up. Through their childhood together, Justin and Alexis shared innumerable life experiences, and have stayed close into adulthood. She is an inspiring young woman who is also recently engaged, and both Carli and Justin are overjoyed to have her as a part of their special day.
Michael Ross

Mike Who? Mike Ross! What else is there to be said? He is a friend, co-worker, and teammate. Justin and Carli have only just begun their friendship with Mike but he has been a great source of wisdom. He is an adventurous soul, and a great photographer. Mike is one of the most reliable people you could ever hope to meet, and he is a true joy to be around. Justin and Carli are proud to call him a friend and ally.

Mark is Justin's co-worker and collaborator. He has provided advice and counseling that has helped Justin immensely in both his personal and professional life. Mark is a deeply caring and kind hearted friend and Justin would be lost without him. He is a leader and inspires community in those around him. Justin and Carli could not be prouder of having him stand with them on their wedding day.
