Wedding Party

Gina

Maid of Honor

Kelly’s younger, louder and slightly sassier sister reporting for duty.    Gina has loved every minute (ok…almost every minute) of growing up with Kelly.  Nearly three and half years her younger, they often get asked “who is older?” which Kelly thoroughly enjoys.  Kelly is calm, carefree and loves to sleep in, while Gina is outgoing, sassy and loves a plan that involves making sure she’s awake early; the Donnelly sisters balance each other perfectly.  Over the years they’ve shared many adventures, vacations, an apartment, countless side glances erupt in laugher (sorry Mom!), and plenty of other tears and laughter.  Watching Kelly grow into the bold, fun-loving woman she is today has been incredible.   Gina couldn’t be happier to stand by her older sister's side and celebrate her biggest adventure yet: marriage.  Gina is equally excited to welcome Dave into the family, as he has already proven himself as older brother-in-law by expertly embracing the role of professional pest.

Amy

Bridesmaid

Kelly's college roommate and friend. Kelly and Amy met each other their freshman year at Penn State when they lived just two doors down from each other in the dorms at Stone Hall. They quickly bonded over their love of music and their loathing for their shared Accounting major. Over those four years they shared countless frat house dance parties, all-night study sessions, heavy pregames and late night Taco Bell visits. They were so inseparable and had so much in common that their mantra was "A=K". In the 15+ years since college, they have shared so many more amazing memories (living together in Manayunk, tons of vacations, concerts, and festivals, and all of each other's major life milestones), always there for each other through thick and thin. Amy is thrilled to stand by Kelly's side while she marries the love of her life, as there is no one more deserving of happily ever after!

Brigid

Bridesmaid

Kelly's college friend and roommate. Brigid and Kelly met Freshman year at Penn State and became fast friends. Both part of the Diplomat Crew, so named for their first apartment in college. They continued to let the good times roll as roommates in Philadelphia. Kel and Brig have been on many adventures together including: revolutionizing the sport of roller blading, watching adults sled down hills on giant themed cardboard sleds, binge watching entire tv seasons in one day, sledding out the front door of a Manayunk row home and much, much more! Brigid is beyond excited to stand by Kelly’s side as she kicks off the next big adventure!

Caitlin

Bridesmaid

Kelly's college friend and roommate. Kelly and Caitlin met their freshman year at Penn State when they both lived on the first floor of Stone Hall. They quickly became inseparable, with many frat parties attended and even more late-night trips to Good2Go. After college they continued to spend many more years together as roommates, and have seen each other through countless highs and lows and Pizza Hut deliveries. Caitlin is so excited to stand by Kelly’s side and officially welcome Dave into the Diplomat crew this December!

Kerry

Bridesmaid

Kelly's college friend and travel buddy. Kelly and Kerry met freshman year in the dorms at Penn State, and the rest is history! Over the past 20 years, they’ve traveled the world together, gone to more concerts than they can count, shared countless laughs (and a few tears), and celebrated life’s biggest moments side by side. Kelly has been the most wonderful “Aunt Kel” to my daughters and a true light in Kerry's life. Kerry could not be more excited to stand by her side as she marries her person and begins this beautiful next chapter.

Nickki

Bridesmaid

Dave's older sister and Kelly's soon to be sister in law. Nic is lucky enough to call Kelly her sister (in law). Being the eldest of the three DuBan kids and only girl, she's excited to welcome Kelly to the family and to add an excellent member to the little gang that she and Libby have formed. Nic is also super happy to have another gal who shares the same love for Taco Bell, Taylor Swift and pizza in the mix. Everyone might thing Dave is the real winner here, but Nic gets a two for one special with a bonus sister in Gina.

Michael

Best Man

Michael is David’s long-lost, more handsome brother who has yet to be formally adopted into the DuBan family. Their friendship began years ago as next-door neighbors locked in a bitter—but respectful—battle for Best Lawn in the Neighborhood. That rivalry soon gave way to a bond rooted in the finer things in life: supermarket sushi, fireworks from the roof while enjoy Lee Greenwood, chore lists that take ten times longer than necessary, and matching movie-quality Chewbacca masks.

Derek

Groomsman

From blowing whistles to blowing off plans for disc golf tournaments, Derek and David’s friendship was forged on the lacrosse field and sealed over endless happy hours or 7:30am phone calls. Derek is a long-suffering fan of NY sports, but makes up for it by being Father of the Year to his two sons.

Keith

Groomsman

Keith and David bonded over lacrosse and a shared love of rules—mostly Keith enforcing them. As David’s unofficial guidance counselor, Keith’s biggest contribution may be the infamous 30% Rule: after years of careful study, he concluded that only 30% of what David says is factually accurate and free of sarcasm.

Matt

Groomsman

Matthew has been David’s partner in crime since high school and long-time pitcher in both baseball and life. Their shared passions include Phillies baseball, Miller Lites by the pool, and making jokes that only Roman Catholic High School alums find funny.

Joe

Groomsman

Joseph is David's oldest and most unavoidable friend - also known as his younger brother. A lifelong Baltimore Orioles fan (nobody understand why), he's been teaming up with Dave to cause mild-to-moderate chaos in the DuBan household for nearly 39 years.

Johnny

Groomsman

Johnny is Kelly’s older cousin and her ride or die. A proud Penn State grad, he frequently hosted Kel and her college friends for football tailgates, joined many post -game parties and still makes the annual pilgrimage to Happy Valley. He and David quickly bonded over their shared love of martinis, Madonna and ABBA. You will be sure to find him cutting a rug on the dance floor.

PJ

Officiant

PJ and David have built a beautiful friendship on three pillars: bourbon, lacrosse, and bacon. A long-time mentor and source of comic relief, PJ is always ready with a belly laugh, a reality check, or a quiet “you’re hurting the brand” when David gets out of line.
