The mineral belt trail is a 13.5 mile paved path around the town of Leadville. Guests can rent bikes and ride around viewing amazing scenery and historic milestones or even walk sections of the path as it is a close distance from hotels!

Chris and I enjoyed visiting the fish hatchery and the surrounding hiking trails. My family has strong ties to the hatchery, as it is where my dad lived, while growing up in Leadville.
