Fun Times in Asheville

Here are some suggestions of fun things to do during your stay in Asheville, along with some restaurant recommendations.

Cúrate

13 Biltmore Avenue, Asheville, NC 28801
, (828) 239-2946

An awesome restaurant...so awesome that we're having our rehearsal dinner here. Curate is a tapas restaurant, offering great food.

Biltmore

1 Lodge Street, Asheville, NC 28803
, (800) 411-3812

If you loved Downton Abbey...or just like looking at mansions built during the Gilded Age, then the Biltmore estates are a must see. They also have a very large selection of wines to taste, for those who feel so inclined.

Mellow Mushroom Asheville

50 Broadway Street, Asheville, NC 28801
, (828) 236-9800

It's a chain...but if you're in the mood for some pizza, it's one of my favorites

Tupelo Honey

1829 Hendersonville Road, Asheville, NC 28803
, (828) 505-7676

One of the first restaurants I fell in love with in Asheville. If you've been over to our house for dinner, chances are that we've made their spin on Shrimp and Goat Cheese Grits. Considered New South cooking, they have a great menu selection of savory meals.

French Broad Chocolate Lounge

10 South Pack Square, Asheville, NC 28801
, (828) 252-4181

A great little cafe in downtown Asheville, especially to satisfy any sweet cravings. Taisho Secret...French Broad Chocolates are providing the wedding favors.

Chai Pani Asheville

22 Battery Park Avenue, Asheville, NC 28801
, (828) 254-4003

Definitely worth getting a reservation for this one. Indian Street Food. It's best to go with friends and share, that way you get all the flavors.

For all the days along the way
