Date

Kara and Ryan met on Hinge in 2021, and after their first date, they were inseparable. Whether it was after work or on weekends, they spent every chance they could together. 

What started on a dating app, quickly turned into a shared life. They bonded over their hobbies, a mutual love for animals, and friends and family. Before long, they decided to move in together and begin their next adventure in Mount Joy.

In June 2025, Ryan planned the surprise of a lifetime while visiting Anna Maria Island. As they walked toward the beach, Kara spotted a perfect proposal setup and assumed it was for someone else. To her complete surprise, it was actually for her!

Now, they're excited to celebrate with all of their favorite people in one place. They can't wait to start this next chapter as husband and wife and look forward to building a future filled with love, laughter, and a family of their own.
