Question

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We want you to be able to really enjoy our wedding day, feeling truly present and in the moment with us. We've hired an amazing wedding photographer to capture this moment, so we ask that our guests keep their phones off during the ceremony. We'll be sharing photos after, and there will be plenty of opportunities to memorialize the occasion during the reception!

What COVID precautions are being taken?

Answer

We are monitoring the situation surrounding the pandemic and adjusting as it evolves. As of now, we highly encourage any guest that is able to get vaccinated before the wedding so we can all celebrate as safely as possible. For those who are unable to be vaccinated (and are 12 and up) masks are required when indoors.

What's the deal with parking?/Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

There will be a shuttle available between both hotels and the venue. There will be signs at each hotel with shuttle information. When first taking the shuttle from the hotels to the venue, cards with the shuttle phone number will be distributed so the shuttle can be called whenever you need a ride.

Are my kids invited?

Answer

If the envelope was addressed to the couple specifically, such as "John and Jane Smith", then only the adults mentioned are invited. If the invitation was addressed to "The Smiths" or "The Smith Family", then the entire family is invited. For further clarification you can always check your online RSVP where each member of the family should have their own RSVP option. You can also feel free to contact us if you need further clarification or have a special circumstance.
