If you are traveling south to the venue (i.e., from the LA/Canyon Lake/Temecula areas), please note the entrance to the venue is *immediately after* the venue sign. If you are traveling north to the venue (i.e., from the Fallbrook/San Diego areas), please note the entrance to the venue is *immediately before* the venue sign.

Where should I park and will there be parking costs?

Answer

The venue has adequate parking in the front of the entrance, free of charge.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. This is a fully outdoor venue so please dress accordingly. May we suggest the following attire: Women: Midi- or knee-length dress, dressy separates or jumpsuit. Wedges, chunky heels or flats for walking on grass. Colors and patterns are welcome! Weather can be variable in April, so we recommend a jacket for the evening. Men: Dress slacks with button-down shirt and tie, coat optional. Please, no jeans, flip flops, sneakers or polo shirts. Golf cart transport is available for those with limited mobility.

What time does the ceremony begin?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00PM PDT on the ceremonial lawn. The venue will be open for seating at 3:30PM PDT. A welcome bar will be offering prosecco, Coors Light and water during the pre-ceremony.

What time is dinner served?

Answer

Drinks and hors d'oevres will be served during cocktail hour out on the Pool Lawn from 4:30pm - 5:45pm PDT, followed by the reception on the Reception Lawn. Dinner is expected to begin at 6:00pm PDT.

Should I bring my ID for the bar?

Answer

Yes, please bring your ID if you plan to drink alcohol, as the bartenders will be carding and only serving guests over 21 years of age.

Should I bring cash for the bar?

Answer

We are offering complementary welcome drinks prior to the ceremony and an open bar during Cocktail Hour and the Reception, with a variety of wine, beer, champagne, and two signature cocktails (Mango Margarita and Jack and Coke) available. Bringing cash to tip the bartender is appreciated.

Will non-alcoholic beverages be available?

Answer

Yes, in addition to bottled water, soft drinks (Coke Zero, Sprite, Barq's root beer, and ginger ale) and Athletic non-alcoholic beer will be available. Infused water, iced tea and lemonade will be available during reception.

Answer

If you have a severe food allergy, please contact the Bride and Groom to make arrangements. Allergies can also be listed on your online RSVP.
