Attire Deadline

9:00 am

Members of the wedding party, this is the day for you to have your clothing attire by in order for us to be able to provide tailoring for the group in a timely manner. Please remember that most orders will require 3-4 weeks shipping time as well.

RSVP Deadline

8:00 pm

This is the last possible date to RSVP. Due to deadlines with our vendors, any RSVP’s received after this date will be reviewed on a case by case basis and face the risk of being declined.

Wedding

3:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Semi Formal. Look good for pictures, but be comfortable enough to party ! Please no jeans, shorts or sneakers. Please dress respectfully as some children and lots of elders will be in attendance. Overly revealing dress is not allowed. This is a January wedding that will be both indoors and on a heated patio area, so please plan accordingly.

Please do not bring any extra guests unless specifically labeled on your invite. Although we would love to share our day with all, to provide the best experience for our loved ones those who are not invited will regretfully be turned away. If you have not been provided a plus one and would like to see if there could be an accommodation, please contact us directly for a case by case review. There is no smoking allowed on the premises. Outside alcohol is not permitted. Designated drivers are recommended for those partaking in the bar. There is free gravel parking available at the venue.
