We are getting married!

Michelle and Andrew met on January 4th, 2013 when he came in for work lunch at a local restaurant Michelle worked at part-time. Throughout the meal they quickly realized there were more than a few interests they shared including how much they liked “The Sunrise Burger” from the restaurant next door. After he left, Michelle realized that Andrew gave her a great tip and, to her surprise, his business card along with a note on the back of the receipt. “If you ever want to grab a sunrise burger, let me know.” Michelle still has this note to this day. A week later, Michelle and Andrew had their first date! Andrew and Michelle became “official” a week later, on January 17th, 2013. They moved in together after 3 months and eventually got a 3 month old puppy later that year. Fast-forward to Michelle and Andrew’s 7 year anniversary in Las Vegas for a celebration/vacation with friends. After a very rough and exhausting trip to get to Vegas, Michelle wasn’t a happy camper and just wanted to get to the Airbnb, eat, and go to bed. During this trying time, Michelle failed to realize that Andrew was surprisingly calm and chipper even when waiting over half an hour for a Lyft. Once they arrived to the Airbnb, Michelle immediately went to her room and was surprised by a huge floral display with a sign saying “will you marry me?”. Michelle, stunned, simply exclaimed “what the hell!?!”. Only to turn around to find Andrew on one knee with a ring. Michelle yelled “YES!” They celebrated the occasion the only way that made sense, with a burger.
