We are trying to be less wasteful with our wedding and will not have printed menus at your tables. Below is the food you can expect at our wedding for dinner. The meat for our entrees will be supplied by our farm, Springfield Farm. Please reach out if you have dietary restrictions that you forgot to include in your RSVP!
We will have 2 stations:
Taste of Mexico – Make your own taco using flour tortillas and any of the following toppings: tequila grilled shrimp, chicken tinga, pico de gallo, pasilla tomatillo salsa, pineapple habanero salsa, house made guacamole, shredded cheddar, cojita cheese, sour cream, fresh sliced jalapeños, chopped cilantro, lime wedges
Sides include: arroz rojo (red rice), calabacitas con elote (zucchini, poblano peppers, corn, tomatoes), tri-colored tortilla chips
Philly Fun Station – classic beef steaks or south philly italian pork
Toppings: ketchup, provolone, cheese whiz, mushrooms, onions, peppers, banana peppers
