Thomas and Michaela both grew up on Long Island and met in middle school. They were always friendly throughout high school at parties and events held by mutual friends. They reconnected after college in 2020, while Thomas was living with hometown/college friends across the street from Michaela's hometown friend in Murray Hill. A month into getting to know one another more, Thomas asked Michaela to be his girlfriend and the rest was history! They moved to the Upper East Side in August of 2022 and have been there since - loving neighborhood date night spots, supporting each other through graduate school, and strolling through Central Park. Thomas proposed on May 17th, 2024 in Central Park, which couldn't have been more perfect! They can't wait to celebrate the beginning of their marriage with you.
