Located in the heart of Downtown Fort Worth, this is the area surrounding the hotels and has just about everything you need. Our favorites include live underground Jazz at Scat Jazz Lounge, a secret underground speakeasy at Thompson's Bookstore (we like things that are underground) and dinner at Reata (above ground)!
Magnolia
This is our favorite area of Fort Worth! Filled with amazing local coffee shops, restaurants and cocktail lounges, it is sure to please. Our favorite spots include the best barbecue in town at Heim, authentic Italian at Nonna Totta (no reservations and only takes cash/euros so you know it's good) and refined comfort food from a Chopped Champion at Fixture. If you enjoy a nice craft cocktail, be sure to check out our favorite speakeasies at The Usual and Proper.

Recent revitalization of this area has made it a local must-try for great food and drinks. Our favorite bites include The Bearded Lady, Funky Picnic and Four Sisters Vietnamese. Check out HopFusion Ale Works, Rahr & Sons Brewing and Tulips for amazing beer and cocktails! BONUS: Game Theory Restaurant + Bar is an excellent place to spend an afternoon playing board games with family and friends while enjoying food and drinks.
