We’re getting married here!

Lexie was just a young junior in undergrad in the nursing program at the University of Michigan while Dan worked on campus. They had bumped into each other on campus a few times and exchanged numbers. Dan eventually got the courage to ask Lexie out for brunch before Lexie's clinical one day at Angelo's cafe, a popular spot in Ann Arbor. Four years, and four degrees later, the rest was history - Dan proposed on Mackinac Island, Lexie's favorite place on earth! Now, Dan and Lexie are getting married at Lexie's parents' lake cottage, their second home, and where they have spent much of isolation amidst the coronavirus pandemic. Lexie and Dan have spent a lot of time at the cottage getting it "wedding-ready" with DIY projects and are so excited for the big day!
