Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! If you travel with your kids, we have childcare options for you including a list of trustee babysitters to make that a reality. If you need childcare, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Friday (Civil Ceremony) : Casual Formal. Saturday (Ceremony & Reception) : Cocktail attire. Sunday (Brunch) : swimsuit, flip flops, beach towel... That's all you need!

How do we get to the venue?

Answer

You can hop on our private shuttle from the company "Le Basque Bondissant" or you can drive yourself. The shuttle will leave from downtown Biarritz at 3pm and then will stop twice in Bidart and then in Guethary. --> Biarritz stop: at the bus stop "Jardin Public Gare du Midi" located in front of the public garden and the theater on Avenue du Maréchal Foch --> Bidart stops: both stops are on the D810 road, the first stop is "Erretegia" located just at the entrance of the village and the 2nd stop is further down the road in front of the graveyard --> Guethary stop: on D810 road, at the bus stop "Eglise/Church" *The bus will have our names on the front windows* If you decide to drive, beware that you won't be able to park at the venue but there is a public parking 7min away by foot.

How do we get back from the venue?

Answer

Our private shuttle bus will be the venue at 3am, dropping you off at the same stops as the pick up: Guethary, Bidart (2 stops) and then Biarritz city center. If you wish to leave earlier, a listing of taxis companies will be provided at the party.

At 3.30pm - please be on time even though we are in France :)

There is an After-Party planned at a secret location. For those who wish to continue the party after 3am, just tag along :)
