You got questions? We got answers!
Question

When and Where is the wedding?

Answer

December 17, 2022 is the day! The ceremony will be held at the LCBC Church in Hegins, PA. Katie grew up in that church when it was Fearnot Assembly of God. The reception will be at St. Nicholas Hall in Minersville, PA. Cole grew in the St. Nicholas school and church. These two locations mean so much to them!

Question

What should we do in between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

You can visit our “Things To Do” tab for some fun things around our area! However, we suggest stopping in at Jack’s Spot in Pitman your way out to the reception for a little pre-party!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code will be semi-formal. We love a reason to dress up!

Question

Will there be transportation to the reception?

Answer

Yes! We will be offering a bus transportation from the hotel to the reception throughout the night. More information to come in the travel tab!

Question

If the invitation card is only addressed to me, do I get a plus one?

Answer

We wish that EVERYONE can join the celebration! However, we had to limit plus ones to fit everyone at our reception. Our guest list is pretty broad, so we promise you will know plenty of the guests :)

Question

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We love all your kiddos, we promise! However, we are limiting kids to the nephew and nieces of Katie and Cole. We hope you are able to still make a fun date night out of the evening!

Question

What food will be served at the reception?

Answer

We will be having a family style reception dinner. You can expect chicken, turkey, stuffing, and vegetables. We will also have passed hor de'ourves during the cocktail hour. Make sure you leave room for the dessert table, Christmas cookie bar, hot chocolate bar, and jerky bar (Cole's request, obviously)!

Question

What happens if it snows on the wedding day?

Answer

This was a risk we were willing to take in order to have a December wedding! This is also one of the reasons why we kept the wedding local. If it snows, we will have the ceremony and reception all at one place to minimize on the driving.
