My dad is a character, he's funny and quirky and the least fashion forward person I know. Best part is he doesn't care about any of that! He gives the best advice and he loves me beyond measure. He races slot cars and he plays video games like nobody's business. He has been a shoulder to cry on and a rock for me to lean on!

My bonus daughter is a joy, she's smart, hard working and we wear the same size shoes. She borrows things and doesn't remember to return them. She is a bundle of teenage emotions and she loves with everything she is. She wants to be a teacher and she has become a great big sister for Sloane. She makes me proud and I love her more than she knows!

My bonus son is the funniest kindest young man I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He is amazing with animals and Sloane thinks he is the best thing since sliced bread! On occasion you can catch them cuddled up on the couch watching videos or playing games on phones. He loves his video games and loves sports. He is an amazing person and I love him so much!

Sloane is my mini me, I couldn't deny her and I never want to. Much to my objection she will be 6 in September. She starts first grade in August and I can't believe we are already here. She likes to draw and she loves ballet dancing. She loves wearing my makeup and putting on red lipstick. I can't believe she is growing up so fast, but I am beyond grateful everyday that she's mine and that I get to watch her grow up! She is my heart and I couldn't love anything or anyone any more than I love this little girl!
