Question

Do I need a passport?

Answer

YES! You need a passport to travel to Jamaica. Please allow at least 3 months to process new passports. It is also very important to check your passport’s date of expiry. Airlines often won’t let you travel with less than six months left to passport expiry. In other words, if your passport is set to expire on or before June 1, 2022, please get your passport renewed. Passport renewals also take approximately 3 months to process, so please plan accordingly.

Question

Is Iberostar an all inclusive resort?

Answer

Yes! All meals and beverages (including alcohol) are included in the cost of your room. There is also a large assortment of activities that are free and accessible to all guests at the resort. You will never be bored. We highly recommend bringing USD to tip bartenders and Butlers.

Question

What’s the difference between Iberostar Grand and Suites?

Answer

The Iberostar Grand and Suites are connected. Both have direct access to the beach, professional shows, bars, and restaurants. What makes the Grand our preferred resort is that it includes 5 star restaurants, a personal butler per room, adults only, access to all three, attached resorts, and an overall grandeur that is unique to the Grand. The Suites is an absolutely stunning resort and you will have access to both the Suites and Beaches resort with your booking, but you will only have access to the Grand on the day of the wedding.

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! Please use the apple vacation link provided to take advantage of our reduced price, group rate. There, you can book at the Iberostar Grand or Suites, flights, and any excursions that may interest you. Apple Vacation link can be found in the “Travel” tab and clicking the “view” button at the bottom of the page.

Question

When should I arrive at the resort?

Answer

We recommend guests arrive on December 2, 2021 to take advantage of pre-wedding events, but no later than December 3, 2021

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “Will not attend” so we can plan accordingly.

Question

If I have to cancel my travel, May I get a full refund?

Answer

You have up until July 20, 2021 to cancel your rooms and receive a refund on the deposit and room cost. Flights are contingent on the airline, but you have the option of purchasing insurance to cover all travel costs.

Question

I would like to pay for my travel in installments. Is this possible?

Answer

Answer

Average weather is about 80, sunny with a tropical breeze. Make sure to pack for the heat (sunscreen, sandals/flip flops, summer attire).

Answer

Yes, a shuttle to Iberostar from the airport will be provided. Please submit your flight information to Apple vacations by no later than November 1, 2021 so your round trip transfer can be arranged. This service is complimentary for our guests staying at the resort. Upon arrival, after clearing immigration and customs, head to the arrival hall or desk #10 inside the arrival lobby to meet your Amstar representative.
